  • Full Refund – Full refunds can be claimed if a cancellation request is presented in writing a full five (05) days prior to the excursion date.
  • No Refund – No refunds can be claimed for if a minimum five (05) day’s prior notice is not given in writing. However you can still claim a full refund on Entrance ticket costs in this situation
